The International Tourism Research Centre (ITRC) of IFT held a press conference on “Current Trends in Macao Visitor Satisfaction and Profile” on 21 October 2011. ITRC conducts research on Macao Tourist Satisfaction Index (MTSI) and Visitor Profile Study (VPS) regularly to monitor tourist satisfaction and to profile visitors.  Up-to-date major findings of these studies are reported at the press conference.  Dr. Robert Veen, Postdoctoral Research Fellow of Hong Kong Polytechnic University, was invited to the press conference and shared the results of HK PolyU Tourist Satisfaction Index.
