Please be assured that the information will never be released to other UTM or non-UTM staff, without your prior consent.
  • Please provide detailed information and explanation of your suggestions / complaints / objections, as we may not be able to follow up your case if information is insufficient.
  • According to Article 21 of Decree Law no. 5/98/M, anonymous suggestions / complaints / objections can be ignored.
  • According to Item 3 of Article 21 of the above Decree Law, we will handle your case and give reply to you within 45 days, counting from the day of receiving your complaints or objections. If a longer period is needed, reasons will be given and an estimated reply date will be notified.
