Biography

    After obtaining her first degree, she has worked in the marketing department of a local financial institution for several years. Her managerial position equipped her with experience of handling different aspects of the marketing function inside a company, e.g. market research, new product launch, public relations, handling advertising media, etc. She developed her interest in teaching by taking up part-time teaching in some universities and institutes in Macao.

    Apart from engaging in teaching, she has worked on several consultancy projects commissioned by private companies and government departments in Macao. Her research interests mainly lie in the areas of tourism marketing, tourist behaviour and tourism policies, etc.
