自傳

    Laurie joins the IFT full-time faculty after having been with us as a part-time lecturer for the past two years. No stranger to Macao, she has lived here for twenty years during which time she has designed and coordinated a number of professional development trainings for Primary and Secondary teachers of English and assisted in the development of language curriculum materials as a consultant for the DSEJ. As well, she has taught a wide range of English courses such as Advanced Writing, Public Speaking, Business Communication and Negotiation & Cross Cultural Communication at a variety of tertiary institutions in Asia (Taiwan, Guangxi P.R.C., Macao). Laurie is passionate about teaching and encourages active participation in class. Her research interests lie in; language learning motivation, language acquisition, professional development, and the impact of professional efficacy.
