自傳

    Dr. Yvonne CHEN, Yi-Fan studied International Hospitality Management in Switzerland, and holds a Doctor of Hotel and Tourism Management (D.HTM) from the Hong Kong Polytechnic University. She is a learning and development professional with over 12 years of experiences in the education and hospitality industry. Dr. Chen is the Deputy Coordinator of Hotel Management Programme, and teaches courses in the areas of hotel management, service quality management and strategic management. Her research areas cover service marketing and hotel management. Dr. Chen is also specialized in programme design and development. She serves as the External Examiner to oversee the programme quality for the universities in Hong Kong.

    Before joining IFTM, Dr. Chen worked in the corporate office of Galaxy Entertainment Group for four years. In the Organization Development of Training Department, she performed full spectrum of learning and development functions, including performance improvement analysis, instructional design, training delivery, learning impact evaluation, and program management.
