自傳

    陈伟雄博士 澳門旅游学院教授, 及学院世界旅遊教育及培訓中心副主任, 并从事大湾区的旅游教育。陈教授 香港城市大学博士畢业,拥有跨科学习背景(酒管 ,财务, 建筑工程 与地理)。也有国际酒管集团的酒店管理和开业经验。及后, 加入香港理工大学, 為四个本科课程总监 和任博导。

    陈教授拥有广泛的研究兴趣,包括旅游娱乐教育、博物馆、MICE、酒店技术、企业社会责任报告、室内空气质量、酒店暖通空调系统基准、可持续性、医疗旅游或酒店、环境认证、展览和会议中心、房地产投资信托基金、酒店会计框架、人力资源、忠诚度计划、以及热泵、太阳能控制薄膜、烤炉、照明、可再生能源设施和水的节能研究。
    在质量保证领域,他还曾在香港质量保证局担任ISO 9000、5SS和ISO14001的认证评审委员会成员。最近,他研究兴趣扩展到中医烹饪、会展中心、老年游客服务设计、接待机器人、海上旅游、一带一路和大湾地区。


    他的出版物超过100篇,大部分期刊发表在SSCI和SCI上。此外,陈教授目前担任主要期刊的编辑委员会成员,包括《国际酒店管理杂志》(IJHM)和《国际当代酒店管理杂志》(IJCHM)。


    此外,陈教授还积极参与了中国餐饮业协会的工作,包括在是香港著名餐饮商会(现代饮食专业管理协会)会董,在协会服务超过十载,服务范围包括雇员再培训计划、组织研讨会、考察等项目,并曾获颁该会的杰出会董奖。亦曾被香港政府委任為下列的谘委会成员: 中式饮食业资历架构和 输入优秀人才及专才計划。最近,他被任命为香港科技高等教育研究所名誉教授。

    • Over 20 research grants cover the research areas about energy saving technology, hotel indoor air quality improvement, CSR certifications, computer program for menu analysis, alerting system for wine cellar conditions,golfing facilities and Chinese restaurant business, hospitality accounting/ reports, human resource etc.  Successful fundings (selected) include two GRF/CERG grants offered by the University Research Council, three interfaculty research grants and Dean's research fund offered by the Hong Kong Polytechnic University, one offered by Sports Development Board and another offered by Employee Retraining Board.
