    Sandeep joined Macao Institute for Tourism Studies (IFTM) in 2017. He holds a PhD Degree in tourism from the University of Otago, a Master of Arts Degree in International Trade and Economic Cooperation from Kyung Hee University, South Korea and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Tribhuvan University, Nepal. Sandeep has been teaching Principles of Marketing (MKTG217), Advanced Marketing (MKTG316), Organizational Behaviour (MGMT113), Economics (ECON111) and Inter-Cultural Issues in Tourism (SOCI213) in IFTM. Sandeep has also been providing training on destination management and marketing in the capacity building workshops and seminars organized by IFTM for international delegates. Sandeep’s research areas of interest include employee relationships; human resource management; work and working conditions; and emotion, emotional labour and labour sustainability in the tourism and hospitality industry. Prior to joining IFT, Sandeep worked in the tourism industry for several years at various capacities in Nepal.
