Kenneth graduated from the European University of Ireland with a Master's degree in Business Administration. Having been serving in the hospitality industry for more than 20 years, he has accumulated his experience from being the Resident Manager at Beverly Plaza, while managing the Security Department before he joined IFTM. He identifies training as the foundation and an essential part of the development of the hotel industry, which led him to get involved with training sessions conducted directly among various hotels and the industry. Witnessing the eminent growth of the hotel industry has given him the incentive to join IFTM in hopes to help foster excellent professionals for the industry.
