Biography
    Billion joins us as an instructor in Information Technology. Billion obtained his Bachelor of Science Degree in Information Engineering from Jinan University in Guangzhou. He had worked for the Macao Tourism and Casino Career Centre for years as the lecturer of Information Technology Courses.
