This course will provide a basic introduction to R and its use in organizing and analyzing data. The emphasis of this course is to understand and work with fundamental R data structures and we will introduce some basic R programming techniques. Upon completion of this course, students will be able to enter, save, retrieve, manipulate, and summarize data using R.
On the other hand, students will not only be able to run descriptive statistics and create basic plots, but also can run the statistical models (e.g. ANOVA, regression) to analyze data.
