Students who have obtained an overall passing grade of the course and met the attendance requirement will be issued a course certificate by UTM. The passing grade of the course is 50.

Participants will learn basic information about Macao, its history and coastal attractions, and will also learn about customer service skills and public speaking skills. Upon successful completion of the course, participants can become guides for coastal tour activities.
