Career planning is an important topic in life, and there should be different plans at each stage. At the stage of school education, career planning should focus on whole person development. This thematic training will allow particpants to understand the importance of self-awareness, career exploration, personal planning and goal setting. Participants will also learn how to face changes and challenges, and lay a solid foundation for their future development when facing difficulties.
