Gingerbread cookies are one of the representative desserts of Christmas, with a very strong flavour of spices. Spices were only used on significant occasions many years ago to represent the importance of the festival. This thematic training will introduce the making process of gingerbread cookies, ingredients and tools. Besides watching our instructor doing demonstrations, participants themselves will be able to prepare gingerbread man cookies in groups so as to enhance their preparation techniques.
