Panettone, a classic Italian bread with historical value, is especially popular during the Christmas season. This thematic training will introduce the making process of panettone, ingredients and tools. Besides watching our instructor doing demonstrations, participants themselves will be able to prepare panettone in groups so as to enhance their preparation techniques.
