Mooncakes, a must-have food for the Mid-Autumn Festival, have a long history, and with a wide range of forms and ingredients in different regions. This thematic training will introduce the making process of mooncakes, ingredients and tools. Besides watching our instructor doing demonstrations, participants themselves will be able to prepare mooncakes in groups so as to enhance their preparation techniques.
