Objective:

This course is designed for beginners to acquire the knowledge about tea leaves from around the world and ways of brewing and drinking. The course will cover different types of tea, its properties, ways of drying, styles of the utensils, different ways of brewing the teas in different countries and its appreciation. Students will also have the chance to personally experience the enjoyment of drinking the different types of tea and understand the respective culture.
