  • Different napkin folding knowledge and skills
  • Western banquet set meal table setup standard and sequence
  • Basic practical service skills in Western Banquet service
  • Different types of Western Banquet & their service sequences 
    -Set Meal
    -Buffet
    -Cocktail
  • Basic table skirting for a Banquet event
  • Knowledge in the setup of a Standard Full Bar for a banquet event
