This service aims to speed up books that has arrived library but not yet release to users. If you notice that books you need are under ‘processing’ status in the Library Recommendation System, you may fill in the form to speed up the cataloging process. Applicants will be notified to pick up their requested items via their IFTM email account within two working days.
