Personal hygiene recommendations for Ebola virus

1. Wash hands: Before meals and touching your eyes, nose, and mouth;  After using the toilet or contacting grime;

2. Respiratory etiquette: Use tissue to cover your mouth and nose when you cough or sneeze, and dispose of the tissue properly;

3. Reduce exposure: Avoid visiting crowded area, or public place with poor air circulation;

4. Enhanced resistance: A balanced diet, enough water, regular exercise, adequate rest will strengthen your immune system. Avoid fatigue and smoking;

5. If you have any of the aforementioned symptoms, you should stay and rest at home;

6. Timely medical treatment: If you have any of the aforementioned symptoms, you should consult a doctor as soon as possible.

7. Environmental Health: Make sure there is enough fresh air indoors; Keep the surrounding clean with a 1: 100 dilution of bleach.
