This programme targets at the students who would like to develop their career in the food and beverage industry. Aside from the academic courses, the students will also learn all the necessary skills to become a professional chef. Professional courses included in the programme are Science and Culture of Food and Beverage, Purchasing, F&B Cost Control, Nutrition, Food Hygiene, Work Safety and Culinary Arts. During the third year, students are required to take an internship to put into practice what they have learnt in the school.
