Allergic rhinitis

Allergic rhinitis, also known as allergic rhinitis, is an allergic antigen inhalation cause nasal itching, sneezing, runny nose and other diseases. The incidence of this disease is seasonal or perennial allergens show a seasonal increase or decrease or persist.

Typical symptoms

1.Sneeze: several times a day paroxysmal attacks, each more than three times and it usually happens in the early morning or at night or contact allergens.
2.Clear nasal discharge: plenty of water-like runny nose, unconsciously dripping from the nostrils might happen too.
3.Nasal congestion: intermittent or continuous, unilateral or bilateral, varying degrees of severity.
4.Nasal itching: the majority of patients with nasal itching.

Prevention

1. Identify allergic objects and remove them, including dust mites, pollen, pets, food, furniture, etc..
2. If allergic to dust mites, be sure to pay attention to hygiene at home, keep the room clean and reduce dust mites with a vacuum cleaner to clean the house.
3. If allergic to pollen, should reduce outdoor activity and close the doors and windows during spring time. It is advised to wear a mask when going out for better protection.
4. It would be best for the patients not to touch and keep any pets to prevent allergies. 5.Try not to eat the food which can easily cause food allergies. Such as fish, eggs, milk, flour, peanuts and soybeans, etc.
