In recent years, the use of electronic cigarettes has continued to grow.


The most common reasons are:

1. Because a friend or family member use them.

2. The availability of flavors, such as mint, candy, fruit or chocolate.

3. The belief that electronic cigarettes are less harmful than other forms of tobacco, such as cigarettes.


However smoking electronic cigarettes is also harmful:

1. According to US studies, body fluid samples of people who smoke electronic cigarettes contain toxic or carcinogenic substances that were three times more concentrated than those who smoked cigarettes. The most popular fruit-flavored electronic cigarettes for young people also contain more carcinogenic acrylonitrile.

2. Electronic cigarettes contain nicotine, which causes addiction.

3. Electronic cigarettes also releases another stimulant, propylene glycol, and other toxic chemicals. It will cause damage to the brain of adolescents in development, and pose a health hazard to both users and non-users.

4. Electronic cigarettes are more likely to cause stroke, cardiovascular disease and other respiratory issues than cigarettes.

5. There is also no evidence that electronic cigarettes can effectively help people quit smoking.

Therefore, we should say no to electronic cigarettes!
