Biography

Stephen is a lecturer in English for the Tourism College of IFT. Since 1993, he has taught a wide range of Courses in English Communication and ESP at various tertiary institutions in both Macau and China. In many of these institutions, Stephen has been an active member in the development of their curriculum.

Prior to coming to IFT, Stephen continued projects in music composition. In 2007, he was commissioned by the NGO in Beijing to compose 15 character development songs in English for children.
His research interests include: discourse analysis, learner differences, curriculum design, and conceptual frameworks for social action.
