Membership is open to all professionals working as culinary professionals or being associated with the culinary or beverage profession, culinary or beverage arts or persons being in a position to actively promote the association and/or its aims.

Membership commences by paying the yearly membership fee and needs to be renewed on a yearly basis by means of paying the membership fee.

Members (only paid members) shall elect or reelect the committee once a year at the Annual General Meeting (AGM).

Membership fees shall be proposed by the committee and approved by the members on the AGM on a yearly basis.
