IFT Educational Restaurant have been entered the "Macau Best Restaurant 2006" by Hong Kong Tatler.

" Just because this is the training restaurant of Macau's hotel and tourism school, don't assume the experience is elementary. Service can be a little shy and inconsistent, but the food is seriously good, largely thanks to the creativity of consultant David Wong, who formerly worked with Rick Stein and Anton Mosimman.

Friday night is a Macanese buffet, otherwise dishes are chiefly Portuguese/Macanese with a lively modern twist. The mark-up on the wine list is fabulously low, rendering the whole dining experience excellent value."
