IFT Herb Garden

At IFT, herbs have played an important part in our food, a herb is a seed plant that does not produce a woody stem like a tree, but an herb will live long enough to develop flowers and seeds.

Culinary herbs have a wide range of uses in cooking , these herbs, because of their strong flavors, are generally used in small quantities to add flavor to many dishes at our Educational Restaurant, the list of herbs that we grow at our garden includes Chives, Thyme, Marjoram, Parsley, Mint, Rosemary, Dill and Basil.
