On 19 April, during the Chapter Colloquium of the Pacific Asia Travel Association’s (PATA) Annual Conference in Kuala Lumpur, Tourism Business Management Year 3 student, Ariel Lin announced the establishment of a PATA Macau Student Chapter as the Chairlady of the Student Chapter.

IFT has been named as a 2012 Top 10 Asia Pacific IATA Authorised Training Center (ATC) by International Air Transport Association (IATA).

The charity event “2012 Love Never Dies” (2012 LND) organised by Tourism Event Management year 3 students has come to a successful end. The idea of the event was derived from the 2012 doomsday and negative energies arising in the society. With a strong faith in their heart, the students believe it is the existence of love between people which links us tightly. It enlightens our lives and creates a harmonious world. Through these series of events, they wanted to disseminate the message of love towards the Earth and the people around them.
