The Macao Green Hotel Award is organised by the Environmental Protection Bureau (DSPA) and co-organised by the Macau Government Tourist Office (MGTO).  It is also supported by the Macau Hoteliers and Innkeepers Association (MHIA), the Macau Hotel Association (MHA), the Macau Productivity and Technology Transfer Center (CPTTM) and the Macao Hotel Employees Association.  The Hong Kong Productivity Council is the Technical Consultant of the Award.  The Award was launched to raise the awareness of the importance of environmental management in Macao's hotel industry, commend hotels with excellent environmental performance and upgrade the green image of the hotel industry...
