:: TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

• No service charge or government tax is applicable since Pousada is a government owned property
• Extra breakfast is charged at MOP/HKD120 per adult and MOP/HKD60 per child (4-12 years old)
• Extra bed is charged at MOP/HKD350 per night with one set of complimentary daily breakfast (Not applicable to single room)
• Amendment (except extension of stay or changing to a higher room category) made within 14 days prior to arrival will incur a processing fee of MOP/HKD100 per room.
• Cancellation made within 14 days prior to arrival will incur 50% of the first night room rate per room.
• No-show/on day cancellation will incur the first night room rate per room.
• Cash deposit of MOP/HKD500 or provide a credit card for pre-authorization at check-in for any incidental charges that maybe incurred during the stay. The cash deposit or pre-authorization will be refunded or released by the bank if there are no additional charges.
• Standard room (Maximum TWO persons per room);
  Deluxe room (Maximum THREE persons per room - with the addition of an extra bed being charged at MOP/HKD350);
  Suite (Maximum THREE persons per room - with the addition of an extra bed being charged at MOP/HKD350)
• A CONFIRMATION LETTER (WITH RESERVATION NUMBER) WILL BE SENT VIA EMAIL OR FAX SHORTLY AFTER YOUR RESERVATION. ALL BOOKINGS WILL BE INVALID WITHOUT A RESERVATION NUMBER.
