Certification : A MORS certificate will be issued to the students who have achieved 75% or above in the examination.

 


Objective:

At the end of the course, students will become familiar with the production of various alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. They will also learn how to use different types of tools and equipment, how to set up a bar, how to classify wines and spirits and how to serve customers with excellence. Emphasis will be given on practical classes where students will learn how to serve different types of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks and make more than 30 different cocktails.
