Objective:

The course provides students with the basic knowledge and concept of law, and allows them to understand the legal system of Macao , especially in the aspects of the civil and commercial contracts, the legislation related to tourism industry, as well as the establishment and systemization of the relationship between the tourism practitioners (individuals) and the government.

• The basic concept of Obligation Law and the institution of contracts
• The fundamental legislation related to tourism Industry
• Administrative Act, Administrative Procedures and the guaranty of those being administrated
