Objective: :

The purpose of the course is to help students build a good foundation of knowledge and use of the English language, as well as to introduce basic concept of hospitality industry in English. Fundamental analysis on various sentence structures allows students to recognise the major difference between English and their mother tongue(s), so as to avoid common errors or misunderstanding in communication. Technical terminologies and courteous expressions related to the hospitality operations will be taught and practised.
