Objective :
The objective of this course is to prepare
very experienced entry-level professionals
as well as supervisors to become effective
supervisors in the tourism industry.
By the end of the course, students will
understand the roles and responsibilities of
a supervisor, the skills required in a
supervisory work field, techniques required
to be a supervisor, the skills required to build up a successful
team and to train and coach fellow team members to work more effectively.
