IFT has been offering Event and Tourism, Hospitality Management Certificate and Diploma programmes since the academic year 2003/04. The Culinary Diploma programmes were launched in the academic year 2004/05. These programmes not only help train qualified professionals demanded by the industry, but also provide an opportunity for working adults to upgrade themselves during non-office hours, making them more competitive to serve within the leading sector of the local economy.
