Objective:
After the seminar, participants will
have gained a lot more basic knowledge about
Napa Valley and its wines, learn about the
grape varieties, soil, climate and labeling
policy of this special wine region in USA.
On top of that, the mentioning of California
Cuisine will allow participants to have a
basic understanding of USA food culture as
well. During the seminar, participants will
have the chance to taste some red and white
wines from Napa Valley together with some
famous California Cuisine, in order to
obtain a complete wine and food matching
experience of Napa Valley products.
