Objective:
This course is designed for tour guides and
interested learners who would like to
improve their English communication skills
in the area of tourism. Participants will
learn how to introduce basic information,
history and tourist attractions of Macau to
others. Students will also have many chances
to practice using courteous expressions in
giving directions and handling tourists’
requests and complaints.
