Objective:
An organization needs constantly to take
stock of its workforce and to assess its
performance in existing jobs. It is crucial
to identify potential, recognize existing
talent and better use them of their
abilities or developing skills.
You will learn to design targets and
objectives, define and qualify them in order
to set standards of evaluation and
assessment. Setting these objectives will
eventually provide an equitable method of
linking
employee’s reward, training and
development.
Aside from understanding the principles and
procedures, participants will acquire the
human relations skills in coaching and
mentoring necessary to handle situation of
poor performance.
