Pre-requisistes:

1. Students who have obtained the Essential Food Hygiene Course Certificate issued by IFT
    and Health Bureau within the past 3 years
                                                                   OR
2. Students who have previously taken Diploma in Western Culinary Skills or Diploma in Pastry
    and Bakery programme and obtained a passing grade in Essential Food Hygiene course.

Course Fee: MOP   800 (Macao Resident)
MOP1,040 (Non-Macao Resident)
Application Fee: MOP50 (Not refundable)
Certification: Certificate issued by ServSafe®



Objective:

Students will learn the importance of food safety, how to prevent food borne illness and cross contamination. They will also be given the tools to share the acquired knowledge with every employee.
