(Those who are working in the industry and enroll through companies will be entitled an IFT sponsorship of MOP200 for Macao Resident and MOP260 for Non-Macao Resident)
Application Fee: MOP50 (Not refundable)
Certification: IFT and Government of Macau Special Administrative Region Department of Health (SSM) will issue a certificate to the students who have successfully passed all the examinations
Application Procedure and Forms



Objective :

This basic certificate course is designed for all food handlers in the catering, food retailing or food processing environments. The objective of this course is to ensure that food handlers meet the training requirements for Food Safety (General Food Hygiene) and are familiar with the practical procedures and methods of applying food hygiene in the workplace.

    Cleaning & Sanitizing Techniques
    Practical Rules for Daily Hygiene
    Pest Control

  2. Food Contamination
    Types of Microorganism Associated with Food Microorganism

    Food Poisoning and Food Borne Infection
     
  3. Food Care
    Receiving, Storage, Preparation, Holding and Distribution of Food
