Certification : Upon successful completion of the course, holders of MORS technical skills certificates plus a minimum of two years' working experience at the supervisory level or above in a specific field will be entitle to receive a MORS certificate, in addition to the certificate issued by IFT.

Objective:

The objective of this course is to prepare very experienced entry-level professionals as well as supervisors to become an effective  supervisor. By the end of the course, students will understand the roles and responsibilities of a supervisor, the skills required in a supervisory work field, techniques required to be a supervisor and the skills required to build up a successful team and to train and coach fellow team members to work more effectively.
