This course will explore the operational aspects of the management of heritage attractions and their visitors.  It will address how heritage attractions are designed, planned, performance monitored and yields evaluated.  The course also addresses how visitor experience is central to the management of such attractions. It will outline the concepts and strategies currently employed for best practice management and discuss some specific cases in detail.  Heritage attractions and products will be discussed throughout the course using local and international examples.
