Tourism and hospitality is a people business in which success relies heavily on effective and appropriate communication. In this course, students will learn how to use English properly to communicate such contexts. Various topics in the tourism and hospitality situations are to be studied, and students will learn to communicate aptly in both spoken and written forms with peers, superiors, subordinates, and last but not least, customers.

Skills and knowledge are to be learned through a variety of activities such as role-plays, group discussions, problem-solving tasks, electronic information search, group presentation, and written correspondence, etc.
