Certificate:

Book-keeping Level 1 + English for Business 1 + Business Administration 1 will be awarded Level 1 Group Certification in Foundation of Business (within 12 months)
Using the Internet 1 +English for Business 1 +Practical ICT Skills 1 will be awarded  Level 1 Group Certification in Business English and IT (within 24 months)
English for Business 1 + Business Administration 1 + Practical ICT Skills 1 will be awarded Level 1 Diploma in Administration (within 24 months)

Class Schedule: 4 Oct 2010- 10 Jan  2011; Mon & Thu; 1900-2200 (Assessment: 17 Jan)
Application Period: From now until - 5 Jul (Diploma) / From now until - 6 Sep (Certificate) /
From now until 16 Sep (individual course)

Objective:

This qualification is intended for candidates who wish to:

  • gain some relevant basic knowledge and skills before progressing to LCCI qualification examinations.


Course Outline:

  1. Composing Simple Letters and Memos
  2. Reading Comprehension within a Business Context
  3. Processing Business Information
  4. Business Text and Data Reformulation
  5. Speaking on various topics including trade, communications, education, travel and tourism, etc.
  6. Listening for personal information, work information, business transactions, etc.

  • This course joins the Continuing Education Subsidy Scheme and is subsidized by DSEJ.  Participants should take note to the following:

    1. Only Macao residents are eligible to join the scheme.
    2. Participants should fulfill 75% attendance to receive the subsidy.
    3. Should participants retake the same course, subsidy will not be offered and declaration should be made to IFT . 
    4. Participants are eligible for two subsidised courses at a time.
    5. No subsidy will be offered for the third subsidised course and declaration should be made upon  application.
    6. Participants should provide correct and complete information.  Should there be any mistaken or false report, participants can be disqualified from joining the scheme and the received subsidies should be recouped.
