課程目標:
The aim of Disaster Management is to
minimize the losses at the time of a
disaster as well as ensure most efficient
utilization of available resources, which in
some situations can be fairly restricted.
The loss during an actual event is not
necessarily high, but, the losses become
very high due to inability to manage the
situation in a timely manner.

sharing of relevant technical, situational
management and handling skills. The
knowledge learnt will equip participants
with appropriate decision making, strategic
