Books and library materials are located in the Mong-Há Campus Library as well as Taipa Campus Library, book transfer service applies whenever users fail to look up the resources for check out in their physical location. Thus, book transfer service helps to relocate the book from Mong-Há Campus Library to Taipa Campus Library (or vice versa).

Eligibility

The service is open for all IFTM staff and students.

Applicants will be notified to pick up their ‘Book Transfer’ items via their IFTM email account.

Delivery time:

It will normally take 1~2 working days for delivering the resources to the pickup location.

How to Request for this Service?

1. Applicants will need to fill in the “Book Request Form”. (Make your request here)
2. Library staff will find the resources and transfer the books to the pickup location.
3. When library staff (at pickup location) receive the books, we will inform the borrower via IFTM email for pickup.
4. Applicants may check out the books within 2 working days.

# Any applicants who failed to pick up the item within the given period, it will be located back to the origin of the resources or put on hold for the next user. If users are urgently in need of the materials, please kindly check out the items from the original location of the materials.
