Course Content :
  • Master Chef will explain the culinary art concept in French Cuisine and show participants how to do proper mise-en-place, follow by cooking demo.
  • Afternoon starts with a group French set lunch in the IFT Educational restaurant  ((13:00pm – 14:30pm)
  • After lunch participants will cook the chosen sampled French Cuisine dishes themselves.
