Course Content :

Explaining the product that the Chef had
purchased locally and show participants
how to use the product, follow by cooking
demo.
- Afternoon
starts with a group French set lunch in the
IFT Educational restaurant
((13:00pm
– 14:30pm)
- After lunch
participants will cook the chosen sampled
dishes themselves, using the items Chef
purchased locally.
