Application Procedure and Forms


Objective:

This course teaches students how to use standard Chinese phrases in letter writing, the characteristics, types and purposes of Chinese business writing.  It also gives examples explaining common rules of writing, standard format and vocabulary.  Through a great deal of practices, students can master the usage, writing format and special phrases of different business writing.  Consequently, the business writing skills of the students will eventually be enhanced.


Course Outline:

  • How to use standard Chinese phrases in writing letters
  • Characteristics, types and purposes of Chinese commercial correspondence
  • Common layout of Chinese commercial correspondence
  • Common rules of Chinese commercial correspondence
  • Common standard vocabulary of Chinese commercial correspondence
  • Explanation and analysis of model writing
  • Practices of common Chinese commercial correspondence

 


Note:

Participants should take note to the following:
  1. Only Macao residents are eligible to join the scheme.
  2. Participants should fulfill 75% attendance to receive the subsidy.
  3. Should participants retake the same course, subsidy will not be offered and declaration should be made to IFT . 
  4. Participants are eligible for two subsidised courses at a time.
  5. No subsidy will be offered for the third subsidised course and declaration should be made upon  application.
  6. Participants should provide correct and complete information.  Should there be any mistaken or false report, participants can be disqualified from joining the scheme and the received subsidies should be recouped.
