• No service charge or government tax is applicable since the Educational Restaurant is a government owned property.
• A Confirmation letter will be sent via e-mail after your reservation. All bookings will be INVALID without any confirmation letter.
• Should you wish to cancel your reservation, this should be done 1 working day prior to the date mentioned above.

Performance Pledge

• Reply reservation via e-mails on the same day (during office hours).
• Reply reservation via e-mails within the next working day (after office hours).
• Provide free parking space for customer (immediate).
• Complete settling payment within 8 minutes.
