Thank you for your interest. Researchers, scholars and practitioners who are interested in presenting papers at the conference are welcome to submit their extended abstracts before Friday 8th February 2013. Based on the extended abstracts submitted, participants will be invited to make a presentation. This being comprised of a 20 minute formal presentation and 10 minutes for a question and answer discussion with the audience. Please follow the guidelines below while submitting your abstracts:

•Contact details of authors and co-authors (postal address, email, telephone, fax numbers) in a separate first page
•Presentation title and abstract in the second (& third) page
•Abstracts should be between 400-500 words (excluding references, which should follow Harvard style)
•Font size: Arial 11; Line space: 1.5; and Justified
•Abstracts should be emailed to ICE2013@bournemouth.ac.uk

•Please note all abstracts will be reviewed and authors will be notified of the outcome. •All accepted abstracts will be included in the conference proceedings
•Authors of outstanding papers will be invited to submit to a special edition of the International Journal of Hospitality and Event Management and the International Journal of Event and Festival Management
•All break-out paper sessions will be chaired. Presenters will be able to email their PowerPoint presentations in advance, in which case the presentation will already be loaded prior to the conference on the computer in the room in which they are presenting. They may also bring their presentation on a USB stick, in which case they should arrive at their room in advance of their session start time.
